Well...
I think it really ought to be a silent rallying cry for thousands of American heroes, like Robb Topolski, to find themselves positions within the ISPs where they'll seek indisputable evidence of more damnable forms of network management than have been presented in evidence thus far.
It's a cinch the ISPs won't volunteer useful information, and the threat of FCC intervention probably casts an intimidating shadow of doubt over prospective capital investment.
So young, erudite citizens of conscience may be the logical nominees for the job of neutralizing network chicanery. No offense meant to The Raging Grannies, The Christian Coalition, nor even Rick Carnes' organization, but Network Neutrality is picking up stranger bedfellows (and divergent agendas) than is absolutely necessary. It's also inviting three flavors of governmental intervention and jurisdictional confusion in a fight where two of three agencies have decided they just don't belong...yet.
